Come join us for Pilates with Props with Diane Norman. Add variety to your Pilates repertoire with this challenging prop class. Utilizing stability balls, small balls, foam rollers, dumbbells, and resistance bands, we will target the muscles of the core, legs, glutes, and arms. This is a complete body workout that will leave you feeling energized, strong, and stretched!
Pilates with Props will start Friday, September 6th at 8:30am. This one-hour class will meet once a week for six weeks. The total cost is $90.00
