Our professionally designed and decorated rooms create an air of elegance, privacy and prestige. You can count on our expert private event directors to coordinate any event, from the most intimate of gatherings to a reception for hundreds or your corporate golf outing.
Our three Kensington Rooms offer the most versatile place to accommodate the most exacting social and meeting requirements. Each room will accommodate up to 15 people and can be combined to accommodate up to 50 guests. They are perfect for the small business meeting or family gathering.
Clarendon Room and Formal Lounge
The Clarendon Room is nestled in the northwest corner of our clubhouse with large bay windows overlooking the finishing holes of the picturesque Stonebriar golf course. This room can accommodate up to 125 guests for heavy hors d’oeuvres and up to 100 people for a plated meal. It boasts a setting perfect for entertaining in a grand manner.
The Formal Lounge has a hidden bar and is great to use for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before the big party.
Myers Grand Ballroom
The splendid decor of the grand ballroom and its handsome prefunction area welcomes your guest to a high standard of gracious living. The tasteful private atmosphere combined with flexible seating arrangements makes it the ideal setting for large meetings, weddings, receptions and seated affairs. The ballroom can accommodate up to 240 people for heavy hors d’oeuvres and 200 guests for a plated meal.
The boardroom is the perfect setting for all occasions. It can accommodate gatherings of up to 18 guests for directors meetings or that never-to-be-forgotten dinner party.
The Briar Room overlooks our golf course and lake and can accommodate up to 35 people. It’s perfect for a business meeting, private luncheon or dinner and baby or bridal showers.
This area was voted one of the top ceremony locations in North Texas. The Terrace sits just steps away from the sculpted greens and glistening lake. It is great for relaxing dinners, lively cocktail parties under the stars, an intimate location to say “I Do” and for other outdoor events.
