We will be serving wines from New Zealand to match the theme of the dinner, "Pearls of the Pacific Rim". It will be all Pacific seafood featuring Santa Barbara spot prawns roasted in spiced salt, Dungeness crab and heirloom tomato salad, crisp calamari steaks with a Thai burnt chili sauce miso glazed Hawailian opah and a pineapple tart tatin with coconut ice cream. Keep in mind somethings could change due to availability or the whims of the Chef.
