Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Stonebridge and The Ranch? 
Stonebridge Ranch Country Club is unique in that it is one Club with two Clubhouses. The Stonebridge Clubhouse is the home of the 18-hole Pete Dye Course and is located at 7003 Beacon Hill Rd. Here you’ll experience world-class formal dining, cocktail events and elegant settings for the perfect night out. The Ranch Clubhouse is the home of the 27-hole Arthur Hills Course and is located at 5901 Glen Oaks Dr. Here you’ll find a family-friendly atmosphere, complete with casual buffet nights, games and fun for all ages. 

What forms of payments do you accept at the Club? 
We accept your Member charge, some reciprocal billing, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, checks and cash.

Golf

Do you offer private carts?
Yes, the Club does allow for Member private carts.

Do you offer annual cart rental? 
Yes, the Club does offer an annual cart rental agreement.

Do you allow 5-somes? 
5-somes are permitted Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. At least one Member must be in the group and the group must keep pace with regular pace of play guidelines. 5-somes are not allowed on weekends or holidays.

Do you have an on-course beverage service? 
Yes, the service is available every day, but weather will influence availability.

Private Events

Do I have to be a Member to hold an event? 
No, nonmembers are more than welcome to hold an event at the Club; however, there are discounted rates for being a Member. Members of the Club or of any ClubCorp property may hold their event at the Club with no room fee.

Do you allow outside catering?
No, but we have a full staff of catering professionals who are excited to customize your requests with a creative touch.

What is the allotted time for the facility?
We generally book 4-hour time slots for events. Additional hours may be added with approval; all events must end by midnight. If you have concerns contact Katie Wright, Private Events Director, to make other arrangements.

Do you provide tables, chairs, plates & glassware? Do you provide decorations? 
The Club provides 60” round tables with chairs (sat for 8 or 10 per table). The Club also provides white china, flatware and glassware, and your choice of knee-length linens and napkins in white, ivory or black. In addition to linens, the Club provides complimentary centerpieces, glass mirrors and votive candles with tea lights.

What is a food and beverage minimum and how much is it?
The food and beverage minimum is the amount you are required to spend before tax and service charges are applied on food and alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. This amount varies depending on the day and time of your event. Please contact Katie Wright, Private Events Director, to find out what your minimum will be.

Accommodations 

Do you have overnight amenities on property?
There are four cottages. Each cottage consists of two separate living areas. Master Suite: bedroom with two full beds, bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchenette. Guest Room: bedroom with two full beds and bathroom.

Can I rent just one side or the other? 
Yes, you may rent just the Master Suite or the Guest Room.

Are you able to use the Clubhouse and play golf?
Yes, you may use the facilities. Dining and golf rounds may be paid for with a credit card.

Swimming, Tennis & Fitness

What are the hours for the swimming pool? 
We have two pools. The Stonebridge pool is open Tuesday – Sunday, 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. The Ranch pool is open Wednesday – Monday, 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Is there Wi-Fi at the Club? 
Yes, both Clubhouses offer Wi-Fi access.

How do I obtain the code for the workout room? 
The code is changed mid-month, every month. The new code can be found in the upper right- hand corner of your monthly statement or you can ask the Club Receptionist.

How do I make a tennis court reservation?
You can reserve a tennis court by calling the Tennis Shop and booking a court within a 72-hour window by giving your name and Member number with the date and time you prefer.

How do I make a reservation to use the ball machine? 
You can reserve the ball machine by calling the Tennis Shop and requesting it for the date and time you would like to use it. The fee is $8 per half hour and $12 per hour. There is also a ball machine club with unlimited usage. The fee is $125 for six months and $200 for one year.

Are there any tennis clinics/drills for beginners?
Yes, we have QuickStart clinics for both adults and juniors. Our adult clinics are on Wednesdays and Fridays and our junior clinics are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These clinics are instructed by one of our staff professionals and focus on grips, technique and movement.

How do you get involved in team/league tennis? 
Our Members can get involved in our team/league tennis by contacting Phillip Farmer, Director of Tennis, or our Head Tennis Professional, who will get you connected to one of our team captains. This will help get you introduced to many Members of our teams and get placed on the right team/level.
