My career has taken me to so many great clubs and golf courses all across the country in Arizona, California, New York, Ohio, and Texas. I am a Class A superintendent with the GCSAA and truly love what I do. Although I received my Turfgrass Science degree from Penn State University, as a native Ohioan, I will always be a Buckeye at heart.
The golf course management team's goal is to provide consistent, championship caliber conditions for our members and their guests. We believe in a firm and fast playing surface which accentuates the great architectural qualities of the Dye course here at Stonebridge.

My name is Ryan Martin and I am your new Director of Instruction. I am starting this week and look forward to meeting each one of you over the next couple of months and into the golf season. My goal is to get some great programs up and running for those of you that would like to improve your game. For all you junior golf parents, Chris, Josh, Jeffrey and Carlos have been doing a great job of coaching our junior program over the last couple of weeks in Chad Moscovics absence. I look forward to sitting down with many of you and getting feedback on the instruction at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club.
I am originally from Kansas and graduated from New Mexico State University. Throughout college, I was very fortunate to work with Tim Mahoney, a top-50 golf instructor and the Director of Education for Troon Golf. I have also had the privilege of learning from some of the best instructors in the business, including Mike LaBauve, Jeff Ritter, Randy Smith, & Jon Sinclair.
Most recently I was a golf ambassador and PGA golf instructor at Stonebriar Country Club in Frisco. While at Stonebriar I helped build a junior golf program to over 120 players. I have spent time learning from some of the best club fitters in the world, including Bob Vokey himself. I have been recognized as one of the top Titleist fitters in North Texas.
I also worked my way up through Troon Golf to the position of Director of Instruction at two properties: The Golf Club of Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona and Giants Ridge in Biwabik, Minnesota.
As a passionate learner, I always continue to pursue educational opportunities with a focus on club fitting, biomechanics, and player development. I have been through Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) training as well as, Dr. Phil Cheetham and Dr. Sasho Mackenzie’s Forces and Motion. I am currently working on my certification for Golf Psych. Golf Psych is one of the top mental training programs in the world.
When not coaching, I am busy being a husband to my wife Leslie and a dad to two amazing boys, Huston (2 yr) & Sterling (3 mo).

Originally from Zacatecas, Mexico, Executive Chef Juan Garcia joined ClubCorp and the Las Colinas Country Club family back in 1996. Since then, he has served the Members in many different capacities, starting at busboy, banquet captain and moving to Service Director. Although these positions were very satisfying, in 2007 he got the radical idea that he wanted to be a Chef when he grew up. So he enrolled in the Culinary Program at Remington College and graduated in 2009 with an Associates in Applied Sciences degree in Culinary Arts.
After graduation he was able to get a job with one of his favorite Dallas chefs, Stephan Pyles, at his namesake restaurant in downtown Dallas. But Las Colinas Country Club had his heart and we were fortunate for him to return in the kitchen at Sous Chef where he was also given opportunity to learn from Chef Brent Ruggles, who held the culinary department to high standards during his time here. Having excelled as the Sous Chef, when the Executive Chef position became available, it was a natural transition.
Chef Juan enjoys southwest cuisine mostly because it reminds him of his strong family roots and the first culinary innovators he knew - his grandmothers, aunts and his mother. They would get together and create the most amazing meals for the families to enjoy.
Now he is excited to be serving at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club as your Executive Chef!
