Member Charge Bar

Attendees who have paid the full price (alcohol included) will be issued three (3) tickets that they can use to obtain a house or domestic drink or specialty drink, French 75. 

The first station will be Appetizers.  A station with light creamy French cheeses, fresh & dried fruits & nuts, a fruit compote, sliced Baguette and traditional escargot.

The second station, Entree.  Open-face Croque-Monsier action station.  Baguette with bechamel and gruyere, sliced roasted fresh ham and whole-grain mustard, sliced, and dressed with fresh greens.  This goes well with Chardonnay or French-75.

The third station, Dessert.  Gran Marnier Creme Brulee
