Reservation Policy

Reservations are required for all Member events. Please call the Club to reserve your space. There are many times we must turn people away from an event due to popular response. To assist us in providing the service to as many Members as possible, we encourage you to adhere to our cancellation policy. The cancellation policy for Member events requires at least a 24-hour advanced notice. Partial charges (equal to 50% per person) will appear on the Member's account for all 'no shows' and late cancellations. Please be aware that certain events might require further advanced notice for cancellation, which will be advertised along with the event. Thank you for your courtesy and understanding.
