Anthony Battaglia has played golf competitively for 19 years, and professionally for 13 years. Over the last seven years, he enjoyed providing golf instruction to a variety of students and seeing them improve over time. He has experience working with all skill levels and ages. His primary goal, as a golf instructor, is to give students the knowledge and tools to understand and enjoy the game of golf.

Teaching philosophy and approach

As your instructor, Anthony will start by identifying your current level of ability and help you identify goals for improvement. Lessons will be customized to fit your specific ability level, goals and desired pace. Whether you are new to golf and need to start with the fundamentals, or an experienced golfer who needs to fine-tune specific skills, he can assist you in improving your game and increasing your enjoyment of golf. He believes that clear and direct communication is the key to great golf instruction. Together, you will discuss and practice each skill according to your progress and needs. In addition, he will help you create positive mental habits for practice and play, and teach you to practice productively.

Instruction rates

Private lessons:

• One hour: $70 
• Series of four: $240
• Series of six: $360

Group lessons:

• 2 – 3 players for one hour: $90
• 4 – 5 players for one hour: $100                                            

Junior lessons:

• 30 minutes: $30
• Series of four: $100
• One hour: $50
• Series of four: $160
