Peter relocated from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware with his lovely wife, Kristen, two daughters Charlotte and Kate, and their dog, Cowboy Joey. Peter has a myriad of experience in hospitality, as he served as Chef and Front of House Manager at The Four Seasons - Atlanta, Assistant General Manager, Banquet Operations Manager and Director of Banquets and Private Dining at Brinker International, General Manager at Redstick Golf Club and General Manager/COO/ Food and Beverage Operations at Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Peter enjoys sailing, fly fishing and golf. He has built seven sailboats with Chesapeake Light Craft! Peter earned a culinary degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta, and is a certified Executive Chef. He has cooked for Madonna, Paul McCartney, two presidents and three first ladies!
