2012 Rally for the Cure Golf Tournament

Monday, November 5th, 2012

Registration starts at 10 am
Shotgun Start at 12 pm

4 Person Scramble

$75 per player - $300 per team
Includes Golf for the Day, Prizes and Dinner after Play

A portion of each entry fee will go directly to the
Susan G. Komen Foundation as well as monies
raised from raffles and sponsorships.

Dress Code: PINK of course! (no denim)
