Valentine’s Day Dinner and Dance

6:30 pm – 10 pm
$40++ per person
Invite your Valentine to join you for an evening of
great food and dancing at the Club.
A special four course menu will be prepared by our Culinary team
and a special wine list will be available if you care to
enjoy a bottle of wine.
Music will be provided by live DJ for the
best selection and special requests.

Puff pastry shell filled with
shrimp, scallops, lobster and mushrooms
simmered in a delicate lemon sauce.
Baby greens tossed with tear-drop tomatoes,
julienne red onions and red wine dijon vinaigrette.
Tossed with crumbled bacon and shaved parmesan cheese.
Choice of Entree:
Pan seared Pheasant with Zinfandel reduction,
shittake risotto and roasted vegetables.
Lamb Lollipop Chops
with rosemary scented whipped potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Oven Roasted Sea Bass
on garlic whipped potatoes and wilted spinach
with a lemon-chive vinaigrette.
Chocolate Raspberry Creme Brulee
Kids Night Out will be available this evening.
