Monica has been in the private club industry since 1998.  She joined ClubCorp in 2011 as the Membership Director at The Club at Falcon Point.  Originally from "all over" as her parents served in the Military, she settled in Texas in 1987.  She studied Business and Hospitality at The University of Texas at San Antonio and The University of Texas Houston.

She has been married to Robert "Bob" Cotton for over 20 years and they have a son, Brett. They have lived in Richmond, Texas since 2001. 

Sean Wilson, CGCS

Sean has been with The Club at Falcon Point since June of 2004. He has enjoyed a 20-year career with ClubCorp. Sean is a proud graduate from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Horticulture/Turf Management. He also has a degree in Fine Art from Rose State College.
He has been a Certified Golf Course Superintendent recognized through GCSAA for 13 years. Sean has been recognized with multiple awards throughout his career, including the Central Texas GCSA Superintendent of the Year in 2002. He has served on multiple GCSA boards across the state of Texas and most recently was President of the South Texas chapter.  
Sean is also involved on a national level as a Government Relations Grassroots Ambassador for the State of Texas and will be working with our congress representatives on current environmental and Golf related issues through 2016.
Sean and his wife Michelle recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary and they are the proud parents of their daughter Presley. Presley is a graduate of Texas A&M University and was recently married to Josh Newman. 

Lisa Bechtold

Lisa was born in Meridian, Mississippi and raised in South Florida.

She studied at Miami-Dade Community College for Communications and Psychology. She has been married to Mark Bechtold since 1996, and they have three children, two sons and a daughter, Steven, Hans and Cynthia.  They moved to Katy, Texas in 2003 with her family for her husband’s job at NRG Park.

She joined The Club at Falcon Point and ClubCorp in 2007. She started as a receptionist/Member Services Representative and then was promoted to Member Relations Coordinator in 2009. She became bell note certified in 2014. Lisa serves on several committees including Member Events, Charity Classic and is the secretary for the Board of Governors. She also coordinates and edits the Club's Newsletter.

She has received three ClubCorp awards.

Carl Fortin

Carl Fortin was born and raised in New Jersey. At the age of 14, he started working in his first restaurant and at age 18 he competed and won the Johnson and Wales University National Recipe Contest for High School Seniors. He graduated with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and Bachelors in Food Service Management in 1993. After receiving his degrees, he worked in New Jersey and overseas for almost 20 years before moving to Katy, Texas with his wife Meredith, daughter Victoria and son Tyler in 2011. He joined the team at Falcon Point in 2014. In his first year with The Club, Carl and his Culinary team have won 1st place at the Katy Sip and Stroll as well as the Katy Wild West BrewFest for their culinary entries.
