Stay fit and healthy 

The athletic center boasts state-of-the-art cardio equipment featuring personal viewing screens at each station. A full complement of resistance and free weight equipment is available, and our degreed and certified personal trainers are always available to assist. The athletic center also provides a 25-meter indoor swimming pool. 

New to the Club? Complete the complimentary FitQuest Orientation. This session includes a health risk appraisal, a preparticipation fitness evaluation, goals assessment and equipment orientation. 

The Club also offers one-on-one Personal Training. Our certified trainers are here to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you would like a 30-minute or 60-minute workout, we will customize a program specific to your needs. Group training is also available. As a new member your first personal training session is complimentary.  

Our group fitness program offers complimentary classes including cycling, boot camp, Zumba and more. For those interested in mind-body wellness, we offer Yoga and Pilates classes. The Club also has licensed massage therapists on hand to provide you with the ultimate total body stress reliever.
