With a successful career spanning 25 years in sales, executive coaching and management, Sharon brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and insight on how to repeatedly generate new revenues while simultaneously growing business from existing customers.

She has led four sales teams in three different markets to recordbreaking performance and helped to create and launch an internal leadership and sales training organization for Clear Channel Communications. Sharon is also a master facilitator, public speaker and author who contributes to Greenville Business Magazine and writes a semi-monthly blog ‘Revenue Growth Tips and Strategies’.

In 2011, Sharon started Sales Activation Group, specializing in helping sales teams and professionals who are struggling with business development or turnover. She teaches them a proven strategic process to generate revenues, recruit the right people for the right roles and simultaneously develop individualized career plans.

Sharon believes four critical components, each of equal importance, must be present for a team to achieve high-performance status. Namely, these are potential (the company’s and the team’s), strategy (a specific, precise plan), effort (behaviors, metrics, accountability), and development (a personal plan for growth for each team member).
When one of these elements is missing, performance suffers.
