8:00pm – Chef Chris’s Celebration Menu

Petite Filet Mignon complemented with Red Wine Demi Glaze &

Crab Stuffed Rock Lobster Tail; Served with Vegetables and Potatoes

9:00pm- 12:30am Open bar. Live music from Hit Mob 7 featuring Drew Horton.   

11:30pm - Family style snacks to each table: quiche, sliders, black-eyed peas

12:00midnight - Champagne toast

12:30am - Bar closes
