The Commerce Club
Dylan began his ClubCorp Career with Hearthstone Country Club in Houston, Texas, in 2010 as the Service Director and helped Hearthstone pilot the ONE Membership’s dining campaign. In 2011, Dylan’s role at Hearthstone increased as he also became the Private Event Director and led Hearthstone to great private event sales success before being promoted to the General Manager of the Commerce Club and transferring to Greenville, SC.
During Dylan’s tenure at the Commerce Club, the Club has received national recognition being awarded Circle of Excellence – Gold in 2014 and 2015. Dylan has received individual national recognition being awarded a Rising Star for his 2012 performance, SuperStars in 2013 and 2014, and ALLStar award for 2015 performance.
In late 2014, Dylan added to his responsibilities regional F&B oversight for the 14 Southeast Business Clubs and in 2016 Dylan was promoted to a Regional Manager and oversees the South Carolina Business Clubs.
Prior to ClubCorp, Dylan made his entrance into the private Club realm at the Jockey Club within Sam Houston Race Park in Houston, Texas. During his tenure as manager of the Jockey Club, the Club set records in wagering and had strong Member growth.
Before entering the Club business, Dylan worked as marketing manager for Natarajan Interests Inc., a company whose portfolio includes civil engineering, land surveying, and homebuilding services. During his tenure at Natarajan Interests Inc, the company purchased two restaurants and Dylan oversaw the operations of the establishments.
Dylan is involved in the Greenville community as he the President of the Greenville’s Rotaract 2015-2016 and was named one of Greenville’s Best and Brightest 35 and Under by Greenville Business Magazine in 2015. Furthermore, he belongs to the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and the local Sertoma group.
