Christopher Kirtner is a 1992 graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to joining The Commerce Club, Chris worked for The Greenbriar at Tamarack, Canyon Ranch Resort, Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, Grove Park Inn & Spa, and The Biltmore in Asheville, North Carolina. Chris enjoys music, camping, hiking, sports, traveling as well as spending time with his wife and daughter. Chris’s favorite foods to cook are different styles and techniques of barbeque.
