It is expected that Members dress in a manner befitting the atmosphere and surroundings of a private golf Club facility. It is the responsibility of all Members to inform their guests of the dress requirements of The Golf Club.
Golf
Men must wear collared shirts tucked into their pants at all times on the golf course and practice facilities and in all dining areas. For men and ladies: shorts must be of Bermuda length or a style made for and designed for golf. Women’s apparel should be golf appropriate. Appropriate shoes without metal spikes must be worn on the golf course and practice facilities. The following types of clothing are prohibited on the golf course and practice facilities: denim clothing items of all types (e.g., jeans, jackets, vests), short shorts, halter tops, cutoffs, cargo shorts, tennis or running shorts, tennis-length skirts, T-shirts, tank tops, bathing suits, non-golf sweatshirts and warm-up suits. Caps and hats must be worn correctly, not backward.
Dining areas
Casual attire to include slacks and collared shirts for men is considered appropriate dress. Denim jeans/slacks and shorts, short shorts, cutoffs, tennis or running shorts, tennis-length skirts, T-shirts, tank tops, bathing suits, non-golf sweatshirts and warm-up suits are not permitted in the Grille Room or in the Dining Room. Shoes must always be worn. Shorts of Bermuda length or a style made for and designed for golf may be worn in the Grille Room during lunch hours, Friday Pub Night, and following Couples’ Golf and similar events. The dining rooms are reserved for those desiring to be seated in a non-shorts dining area during Friday Pub Night and similar events. Hats are not permitted in the bar or dining areas. The House/Social Committee and Club Management will publish the dress code for all social events. Denim apparel (excluding jeans, slacks and shorts) such as shirts/blouses, vests, jackets, skirts and dresses may be worn. Dress restrictions in the dining areas may be waived or altered for specifically designated special social events.
Tennis attire in the clubhouse
Tennis attire may be worn in the clubhouse before 5 pm. Men are required to wear collared or mock/crew neck tucked in shirts with sleeves and Bermuda length shorts; ladies must wear shirts that have either a sleeve or a collar and skirts and/or shorts that are as long as what is currently fashionable for women’s golf attire.
Fitness center
Running shorts, athletic or exercise wear, T-shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants are appropriate.
