Bay scallop Ceviche with a cucumber-avocado crema. Beef tenderloin on potato latke with horseradish crème fraiche and frizzled leaks. Spicy corn fritters with peach chutney. Assorted Fruit & Cheese display.

The Hills – Dinner
Choice of entrée:
Coffee Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with goat cheese Mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and dried cherry gastrique (Or)Pepper Dusted Scallops with Parmesan risotto, spinach and saffron butter sauce.
Wine: BV Coastal Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet
