Join us for this delicious and educational event. All of the food for this event is coming from our local farmers market. Locally grown, chemical free, grass fed, not to mention real flavor!
For this one of a kind event, we have selected sustainable wines from the Kobrand portfolio for this amazing dinner. Everything you eat will be local and sustainably grown or produced. The same for the wines, while not local all are produced for sustainability.
We will have some of the growers who raised or produced the food to tell you about what sustainable really means and the Kobrands rep to speak to the wine pairings.
$90 ++ per person

Poema Cava - To ensure top quality, this winery does a green harvest. From Conca de Barbera, renowned for Cava, this wine is fresh and elegant.
Chateau d'Aqueria - These hand-picked grapes are yes, a Rose. Bone dry, full-bodied and full of fruit on the palate. Very bold choice but high accolades!
Salviano Orvieto - All grapes from this vineyard in Umbria are hand harvested to preserve freshness. Pure, crisp and beautifully balanced.
Benziger Chardonnay - With earth family farming practices, the Benzinger holdings are 800 feet up the volcanic slopes of Sonoma. 100% Chardonnay.
Domaine Carneros Pinot Noir - 100 % estate-grown fruit from all four certified organic Estate vineyards in Carneros. Gentle handling from harvest through aging creates a wine with a remarkably long silky finish.
