Ladies’ Player Improvement Program
Tuesdays 10:00-11:00 am Live Oak
This Program is designed for the ladies that are beginners but have a desire to participate in the LGA. The Program will help you build confidence in your shots and develop the shots needed to play the game. Advanced registration is requested. Sign-ups are limited to a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 participants per class. Call the Live Oak Pro Shop 261-7173 to sign up. Cost is $15.00 per player per Session.
Ladies’ Chix with Styx Player Development Program
Wednesdays 11:00 am-12:00 pm The Hills (9:00-10:00 beginning May 1)
This Program is designed for the ladies that are beginners but have a desire to participate in the LGA. The Program will help you build confidence in your shots and develop the shots needed to play the game. Advanced registration is requested. Sign-ups are limited to a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 participants per class. Call The Hills Pro Shop, 261-7272 to sign up. Cost is $15.00 per Session.
Ladies’ Only, "Get Golf Ready" 5 Week Sessions

These clinics are designed for players that are not necessarily new to the game but have a desire to improve their skills and lower their handicaps. The clinics will mainly focus on the fundamentals and learning how to score your best. In addition, we will always touch on The Rules of Golf and proper Etiquette on the Course. Each session during the 5 weeks will focus on a different Discipline of the Game. This is a pre-paid 5-week session. Advanced registration is required. Ladies’ Only, "Get Golf Ready II"
Fridays 2:00 pm-3:30 pm The Hills For the next session contact Ron Miller
These clinics are designed for players that have either attended Get Golf Ready or are advanced enough that they are ready to take their game to a new level. Each session will focus on a different part of the game:
- Lesson one will begin with the tee shot,
- Lesson two will be the approach from the fairway, the rough, the sand, and those dreaded trouble shots dealing with trees and other obstructions.
- Lesson three will show you how to score your best with the Pitch Shot and the Sand Shot.
- Lesson four will deal will all those shots either on or close to the green.
- Lesson 5 will conclude with a 3-Hole playing lesson.

Junior Clinics
Junior After-School Clinics – "Kids n’ Klubs"
Wednesdays 3:30-5:30 The Hills
These beginner clinics are for the Juniors in grades 1-6. First, Second and Third Graders will practice between 3:30 and 4:30 while Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth graders will practice between 4:30 and 5:30 throughout the school year. These clinics will focus on fundamentals and will monitor improvements through testing. The purpose is to prepare the Juniors for competition within the HLJGA and the STPGA Junior Programs. Advanced registration is requested but not required. $15 Per participant. The U.S. Kids Learning Program will be available for those wishing to participate. Let’s Play Golf Series
Saturdays 3:30-5:00 The Hills For the next session contact Ron Miller
This is a 6-Week Series. Each session will cover a different aspect of golf, putting, chipping, pitching, sand play, irons, and woods. In every session there will be an emphasis on the Rules of Golf and Proper Golf Etiquette. The final session will be an on-course experience with your teaching Pros. Each session will be 1½ hours and will include a short on-course application. These workshops will help you develop a sound foundation for your golf swing and the game. The next series is limited to a minimum or 8 and a maximum of 16 participants, so sign up early.
