Star Employee Recognition Program

STAR recognition is a participatory program that encourages all Employee Partners, Members and Guests to recognize the actions and attitudes of Employee Partners who go "above and beyond." STAR recognition is the highest honor we bestow as a Club, and creates a supportive work environment in which our Employee Partners truly feel that everything they do makes a difference.
STAR recognition reinforces the positive attitudes and actions that make every Employee Partner our partner in excellence. When you submit an online STAR card for deserving Employee Partners who exemplify our STAR service values and philosophies, they accumulate points that translate into recognition and rewards.
