Spa Appointments 

For help booking a spa service

Our spa staff is happy to help you make an appointment for services. We recommend booking your appointment well in advance to get your preferred date, time and therapist. To find out more about our spa services, please call 512.343.3820. 

Check-in

We suggest arriving 20 minutes prior to your appointment to review your schedule and fill out the necessary paperwork. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client. 

Cancellations and No-Shows

Because our services are reserved for you, we ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. 50% of the value of your service will be charged for cancellations with less than five hours notice. All no-shows will be charged full value.

Special Needs and Medical Conditions

Your comfort and well-being are very important to us. Prior to your service, please tell us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking with your therapist helps customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.

Comfort

Although massage and body treatments require the removal of clothing, respect for your privacy is our primary concern. Undergarments may be worn if preferred. Careful draping procedures are observed at all times, and we encourage you to communicate any discomfort to your therapist. For your convenience, a spa robe, gown and slippers are provided.

Cell Phones and Pagers

To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phones and pagers must be turned off in the spa.

Personal Belongings

Because spa services require bare skin and freedom to move, we ask you to refrain from wearing jewelry. The Hills of Lakeway may not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.
