Clean Eating 101: Nutrition Boot Camp is back by popular demand!

Class begins NEXT WEDNESDAY, February 13th, 7:00 - 8:00pm. Register now to reserve your spot!

Join Ellen Martino, our resident nutritionist and Certified Health Coach, as she brings back her 6-week nutrition boot camp! 

Prior participants have found the program to be “informative, valuable and thought provoking.” They loved the weekly give-aways and food samples, and really enjoyed the easy recipes and simple tips they could incorporate into their routine.  They said that the program helped to raise their awareness and they felt prepared and motivated to try new things and make better food choices!

During the weekly group meetings you'll learn how to develop healthy shopping and eating habits. You’ll discover which grains are "good" and which are "bad."  You'll also learn how to pack a nutritional punch, by adding more greens to your diet!  You'll discover how to get off the sugar roller-coaster, so you can feel more energized.  But you'll never feel deprived or restricted, because Ellen knows how to make desserts part of a healthy lifestyle! You’ll also find out what stress and sleep have to do with your efforts to loose weight!
