This year our Culinary Team is working on a prix fixed menu with Entree Selections for you to enjoy and can be paired with our wine flight. The evening will feature live music, great service, fantastic cuisine and a romantic candlelight setting all with the best view in Birmingham.

Starter
Seared Scallop on a bed of Sweet Corn and Scallion Grits

Salad
Fresh leaves of Bibb, Red Oak and Red Leaf Lettuce, Marcona Almonds, Dried Currants and a Fig-Balsamic Vinaigrette

Entree Selections
Prosciutto and Leek wrapped Halibut, Parmesan Risotto, Asparagus and Roma Tomato with a Buerre Blanc

Grilled Pepper Dusted Bone-In Ribeye Steak, Potato Pave, Roasted Winter Vegetables
and Pinot Noir Jus 

Pan Seared Free-Range Chicken Breast, Truffled Potato Puree, Braised Pearl Onions, Butternut Squash, Spinach and Pan Jus
