As a native Texan, and because of my extensive background in hospitality, I have lived all over this great state, including West Texas at one point or another. Recently, I came to The Texas Tech Club from the Austin area where my family and I have resided for the last 18 years. I am proud to say I have some spirited Red Raiders in my family. I have had numerous opportunities in the fine dining sector, from the Salty Sow in Austin to cooking in the renowned James Beard House in New York. I have also worked in the more casual dining/entertainment sector with Dave & Buster's, Chili's and Red Robin. My most recent position was Director of Operations for Guy & Larry Restaurants, overseeing operations for the Salty Sow and Roaring Forks in Austin and Scottsdale. I am very active in the restaurant community, having been on the boards of the Austin and Texas Restaurant Associations. I have a true passion for the industry. I am very thrilled to have been afforded the opportunity to serve the Members of the Texas Tech Club and will do my very best to provide them with a high-quality dining experience with outstanding service in a spotless environment!
