Dana Winbush – Executive Bio – Intelligent EthosTM, Inc.

Ms. Dana Winbush is the CEO & Chief Strategist of Intelligent EthosTM, Inc. With over 14 years experience in customer relations, business development, sales, and revenue generation, Ms. Winbush is committed to helping small businesses and entrepreneurs find success in the marketplace by creating cash flow, accessing expertise, and expanding capacity.

Since launching Intelligent EthosTM in May 2010, in her role as CEO, Ms. Winbush has grown the company to serve small businesses ranging $2M-$10M in annual revenue, in fields such as cyber security, data consulting, market research, and other technology and professional services areas. Intelligent EthosTM provides business development advisory services, methodology, and delivery, focusing on sales pipeline development and management so that small businesses build sustainable and growing revenue streams.

After beginning her career in account management for national and global companies, Ms. Winbush transitioned into business development and sales for small businesses in 2002. She has cultivated extensive relationships in the small business community, federal government contracting market, and the professional and trade association sector. Throughout her career, Ms. Winbush has been a leader in increasing revenue and profit for the companies that she has represented. She fills the role of strategist and go-to-resource for intricate sales solutions, optimizing income & profit, closing techniques, and competitive positioning.

In January 2012, Ms. Winbush graduated from ACTiVATE at GW which is a partnership between the Path Forward Center and The George Washington University. It is an innovative training and development program designed for experienced women who have the intellect and intent to launch technology-based companies and grow these companies beyond themselves. The ACTiVATE program has helped launch over 30 women-owned technologies companies.

Ms. Winbush is active in her local business community. She currently leads the Executive Circle Dinner program for the Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce (NVBCC). She is an active member of Success in the City. She served on the ASAE (American Society of Association Executives) Membership Section Council. She was also Assistant Director of the Mount Zion Baptist Church (Arlington, Virginia) Christian Business Partners Ministry.

A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Ms. Winbush is a graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Engineering where she received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science and Management of Technology.
