Jorge Adeler will give a talk about the history of certain gemstones through the ages.  He will talk about the mythical, healing and spiritual powers associated with these gems and how they have been revered in different cultures and periods for their meditative, restorative and medicinal properties. Jorge will bring samples of these gems to pass around and touch.
