Our newly renovated Darrell K Royal Board Room features built-in audio/visual capabilities including a 72" Flat Screen TV for presentations. This is the ideal space for board meetings, training sessions, formal lunches and dinners and is best suited for smaller groups of 6-16 guests.
The Deans Room serves as an intimate setting for up to 30 guests and is ideal for small engagement parties, business meetings, training sessions, social dinners, or rehearsal dinners. This room has the flexibility to accommodate a variety of layouts such as
U-Shape seating, classroom style seating, crescent rounds or full seated round tables.
The Presidents Room has the flexibility to accommodate both small scale events of up to 60 guests and large scale events of up to 150 guests. This room can be divided into two separate rooms or it can be rented as one cohesive space. It can accommodate most layouts including full seated rounds, crescent rounds, classroom style seating, theater style seating, and reception style events. Rent this combination space for luncheons, banquets, rehearsal dinners, all day meetings, or wedding receptions of up to 100 guests with a dance floor.
The Texas Room is a quaint, compact space which can be made private but is also connected to the Presidents Room. This room is best suited for the placement of your bar or buffet set up, or may be used for a small business meeting up to 10 guests.
The entire 6th floor may be rented as a buy-out option for a variety of functions such as, large banquets, rehearsal dinners, or wedding receptions to incorporate cocktail hour and a seated dinner for up to 150 guests.
