Robert Mondavi changed the face of wine making in Napa in the late 60’s from vineyard practices to the idea of Stainless steel fermentation tanks and the use French oak to age the wines. June 13th would have marked Roberts 100th birthday, Dinners are being held across the country to remember his life and his achievements.
