Thursday Group Fitness Class Schedule

Total Body Conditioning - 5:30a.m.-6:30a.m.
Zumba - 9:00a.m.-10:00a.m.

Pilates- 10:05a.m.-10:50a.m.
Yoga for Golfers - 1:00p.m.- 2:00p.m. (Women specific class)
