Having been with Town Point Club since 2003, my background in the hospitality industry spans 20 years—including serving as manager for several fine dining establishments, Director of Food and Beverage at Lake Lanier Islands Resort and Vice President of Food and Beverage at Pinehurst Resort.
I attended the University of Georgia and acquired a Masters in Business Administration at the Georgia Southern University as well. Combining my educational and professional experiences, I became part of the ClubCorp family in 1999 and have enjoyed every moment since.
I spend my time outside of work watching the Bulldogs play and spending quality time with my son.

Since 2002, when I first joined ClubCorp, I have been delighted to serve as a Private Event Director in our Golf and Country Club Division and a Regional Sales and Membership Director in our Business and Sports Club Division. Prior to joining the ClubCorp Family, I spent 14 years in the Hospitality industry at various properties and in various capacities.
After graduating from Virginia Tech and working several years for the University, I decided the Hampton Roads area and family was where I wanted to be permanently located, resulting in me joining ClubCorp. I have two fabulous children, Madison and Cameron, and absolutely love being involved in all their extracurricular activities. With four generations of family living locally in Chesapeake, I can’t help but be active with them all!
As your Membership Director, my role has been to exercise my strengths in membership management and business development – with end goals to grow, sustain and improve our membership. It is very important to me that we continue to strive towards a diverse and active Club Membership to keep our Club healthy. Via an ability to quickly understand the nature of one’s business, I’m driven to help others capture, network and execute new opportunities in clear, concise and understandable terms.

Lynelle is a familiar face at Town Point Club and now the new Member Relations Coordinator. She initially joined the Club in 2015 as a server then quickly transferred to the role of member services representative.
During her time away from the Club, Lynelle received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, a certificate in Public Relations from the University of Virginia, and published an academic paper featured in the 2018 SPIE Advanced Lithography Conference in San Jose, California. In her spare time, Lynelle enjoys Latin dancing, visiting the opera, and trying new restaurants.
As your Member Relations Coordinator, her role is to advocate for Members and create opportunities for lasting connections. With a longstanding background in customer service, her primary goal is to ensure Members experience Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells each time they visit the Club.
Sydney joined the Club in November 2017 as the Private Events Coordinator and was promoted to Private Events Director in May 2018.
Sydney is a graduate of Appalachian State University (Boone, BC) with Bachelor's Degrees in both Hospitality and Tourism Management, and Marketing. She bring 9 years of creating unforgettable experiences in the hotel and resort industry. Sydney worked in multiple properties across Alabama, North Carolina, and Virginia before joniing the private sector hospitality industry at Town Point Club.
Sydney is the proud wife of a law enforcement officer and mom to 2 furbabies. When she's not planning events at the Club, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, crafting, playing tennis, traveling, and cheering on the Steelers!
Her role as Private Events Director is to help create successful and memorable experiences for Members and guests. From corporate meetings and educational seminars to milestone occasions, the private events department is here to assist you every step of the way!
Olivia joined the Club in May 2018 as the Private Events Coordinator. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where she studied event planning and management. A certified wedding planner through "The Bridal Society," Olivia brings over 6 years of experience, planning a variety of events from Celebrity Golf Outings to Fairytale Weddings.
Olivia can’t picture herself doing anything but helping Members and clients bring their vision to life. She most enjoys developing personal relationships with clients, which she believes is the key to making each event unique and memorable. Her attention to detail and eye for the big picture equip Olivia to create the event of your dreams.
When she's not helping to create successful events, she enjoys time at the beach with her husband and golden retriever.

Shon has been with Town Point Club since October 2014 and oversees the financial aspects of the Club. As a Native of Hampton Roads, Shon is an advocate for the Club’s initiatives as it relates to helping and aiding in the community. It is her goal to manage costs, ensure correct billing and provide outstanding service to Members. Shon will be delighted to help you with any concerns about your billing statement.

Chef Eddie Lee, who most recently served as Executive Chef for Cavalier Hotel Properties for several years, cut his teeth in the country club and hotel communities in the early 1990s from Virginia Beach to Washington, D.C. & Miami, and back to Virginia. First appointed Executive Chef of the Shula’s 347 Steakhouse concept. Chef Eddie Lee is an award winning Chef with various accolades, awards and reviews, including 2011’s Chef of the Year by the National Tourism Week Awards.
Chef Eddie Lee enjoys bringing local and seasonal ingredients together and taking care of that most important Member, you! From Farm to Fork with the incredible local produce Virginia has to offer to of course the local seafood, Fish to Fork.
When not at the Club, Chef enjoys hanging out in his “backyard” the beach & bay and great family time.

Justin Simpson has traveled the world, explored the industry, and is not shy of experience in hospitality.
Justin graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and earned his Post Graduate degree from Les Roches Swiss International School of Hotel Management in Marbella, Spain. Although this is Justin’s first role in the private sector of business & sports, and golf & country clubs, Justin has received valuable training through rewarding experiences abroad with various 5 star hotel properties.
Justin started his career with Hilton in Spain, Egypt and UAE (United Arab Emirates), then worked with privately owned properties in Kenya, Abu Dhabi, Seychelles, and Turks and Caicos.
As the Clubs Service Director, Justin will lead, inspire and educate our employee partners to provide outstanding service and create magic moments for our Members. With more than 10 years in hospitality, Justin is enthusiastic and excited to provide ways to enhance our Members food and beverage experience at the Club. More so, he looks forward to opportunities to make your acquaintance at your home away from home.
