My love for cooking Started at the Waldorf Astoria in New York. Fortunately, I began as a “first cook” and worked my way up in the hierarchy of the kitchen to finish there as a banquet chef. Continuing my career in (and love for) great cuisine, I worked in kitchens at four star restaurants in New York before joining ClubCorp in 1994. It’s been my pleasure to cook for my Town Point Club family here in Norfolk for 7 years now. It was fun to win the putter boy trophy in 2007 in an Iron chef competition at the Pinehurst Resort.
My cooking style is most often simple and straightforward in order to let the ingredients speak for themselves. I enjoy finding creative approaches to preparing the food people love to eat that will demonstrate my passion for cooking.
I am blessed with a beautiful wife of twenty years, Eileen, and two kids (Kevin and Caitlin). In my spare time, I like to play golf and spend time with my family.
