New Year's Eve

Monday, December 31

Come out for our family event and enjoy
balloon art and our fabulous buffet. 
Seatings from 5:30-7:30pm.

OR

Come for our formal adult affair and enjoy
a six-course gourmet meal, along with a champagne toast and live piano music. 
Bring your loved ones and friends for this classic twilight event.  Seatings at 6:30pm and 7:30pm.

Adult Formal Menu

Appetizer (choice of one):

  • Blood Orange Sea Scallops
    with Ginger Cream Sauce
  • Pancetta & Roasted Onion Polenta Cake
    with Wild Mushroom Ragout

 Soup:

  • Shrimp Bisque

 Entrée (choice of one):

  • Char-grilled Filet Mignon, Toasted Goat Cheese Medallion, Chianti Cream Sauce. Served with Roasted Garlic Mashed Red Skins and Asparagus
  • Pistachio Crusted Salmon, Smoked Salmon & Lemon Risotto and Asparagus.
  • Broiled 8 oz Lobster Tail drizzled with Champagne Vinaigrette, Sauteed Spinach and Pineapple Coconut Toasted Macadamia Nut Rice

Dessert:

  • Tiramisu
