Strength training to improve your golf and tennis game

The explosive nature of both the golf and tennis swing place significant stress on shoulders, wrists, joints and elbows and produce extreme torque forces on the lower back and hip areas of the body. If you are not strength training and performing appropriate stretching techniques during the off season as well as in season, you could develop game limiting injuries in these and other areas of the body. In addition to having your stroke analyzed by one of our professionals, start a sports conditioning program. The results will be a more powerful swing with less effort and decreasing your potential for injury.

Treesdale’s Fitness Studio and Classes

Interested in Group Classes? Treesdale offers Yogilates classes. Yogilates is a blend of Yoga and Pilates and provides great overall training and core work.

Get Fit…Stay Fit Class

Six to eight times a week, we offer a class designed to work on strength, balance and flexibility. We start out by stretching and then work on the abdominal area.
