Teen Fitness Center Certification
This class is open to teens 14 and older. Our goal is to teach juniors how to use the Cybex equipment and free weights safely with proper form, operate all cardio equipment, and review basic safety techniques and Fitness Center etiquette. After completing this class successfully and taking a short quiz your teen will have full access to the Fitness Center during all hours of operation. The certification class will consist of 2 one-hour classes. The fee is $25. Please contact Julie at email@example.com to sign up today.
If you're interested in one-on-one training, meet with Julie to get evaluated. She will devise a goal oriented plan for you to learn proper work-out techniques to reach your fitness goals.

Strength Training to Improve Your Golf and Tennis Game
The explosive nature of both the golf and tennis swing place significant stress on shoulders, wrists, joints and elbows and produce extreme torque forces on the lower back and hip areas of the body. If you are not strength training and performing appropriate stretching techniques during the off season as well as in season, you could develop game limiting injuries in these and other areas of the body. In addition to having your stroke analyzed by one of our professionals, start a sports conditioning program. The results will be a more powerful swing with less effort and decreasing your potential for injury.
Fusion Classes with Kristen
Get strong, fit, and healthy this New Year! New Fusion Fitness Classes are already in full swing. This class is designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. All genders and ages are also welcome. The class consists of light cardio, light weight lifting, toning, stretching, and flexibility. Get Fit…Stay Fit Class
Six to eight times a week, we offer a class designed to work on strength, balance and flexibility. We start out by stretching and then work on the abdominal area.
