My career with ClubCorp started back in the fall of 2006. It was an exciting time and I was full of anticipation. I have held several Executive Chef roles in the Pittsburgh area including Andora, Bayona, Big Burrito and most recently The Springfield Restaurant Group. For the most part, my cuisine has been a Fusion American-style fare.
I was born in the Newport News, VA, area but was raised primarily in the Pittsburgh area. My lovely wife Tammy and I have a beautiful 10-year-old daughter named Zoe.
