Adam Corey is from Tampa, Florida. He started his college career at Florida Gulf Coast University but also attended and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.

He is from a hard-working family and is a first generation college graduate. He is the owner of 101 Restaurant in Tallahassee and is also a partner in the Crepevine Cafe with three locations in Tallahassee. He is also involved in Real Estate with rental properties in several Florida cities.

He is driven by his passion to serve others and spends much of his free time in the field of education. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees for Florida Gulf Coast University and serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Gamma Educational Foundation as well as the iTrace Foundation.

Additionally, Adam serves as a Government Affairs Consultant and Business Development Specialist for the Gunster Law Firm. Gunster is Florida's Firm for business with over 170 attorneys in 10 offices throughout the state. Adam works with clients in energy, development, agriculture, internet technologies, and procurement, but his Firm has a team of professionals that can help in any industry.

He previously served as Vice President at International Oil Trading Company (IOTC USA) where he handled global business development, new and existing client relationships, public relations and charitable efforts.

Prior to that, Adam spent six years as a fundraiser and Vice President for Seminole Boosters, Inc. He was consistently a top performer and helped raise millions of dollars on an annual basis for FSU Athletics. He also created and organized the "Champions Forum" lecture series as well as helped to coordinate and find sponsors for the annual "Bobby Bowden Tour".
