Executive Women's Council Presents
Effectively Navigating your Business’s Stages of Growth with
Mindy Bortness
Thursday, May 8  |  $37++ per person
Mindy is a recognized leader in guiding companies toward selecting, engaging, developing and retaining top talent as well as identifying and understanding how the organization itself can be better poised to navigate its stages of growth. Her scope of services benefits individuals, teams and organizations.

Since 2002, Mindy has coached and consulted with organizations in the fields of insurance, law, retail, real estate, finance, tech, entertainment, health care, veterinary care, staffing, marketing and more.

Results clients have achieved include 0% turnover for 10 months for a national retail chain. Another national retailer lowered turnover from 79% to 46% within 18 months. A regional law firm brought in Mindy to coach their managing partner through a major merger. A wealth management firm uses Mindy’s services to support their best-in-class brand identify by ensuring they hire and promote high performers into their next right roles.  A client in the staffing space has measurably increased competencies in three roles within the first six months of using the job benchmarking system.

The proven, predictive, patented system she uses for selection ensures clients hire right and then grow and retain their high performers. This TriMetrixHD system is EEOC and OFCCP compliant for pre- and post-hiring.  The Stages of Growth tools are generated from the renowned process created by James Fischer regarding the hidden challenges companies experience through 7 growth stages.

Mindy earned the 2011 San Diego NAWBO Woman Business Owner of the Year award. Mindy and her husband Brian have three grown children – Bryce, Hayley and Mattie. Their four-legged kids are a Labrador named Jeff, and a cat named Charlie.
