Starter Course
Lobster bisque with shrimp toast
Petite salad greens with Gorgonzola toasted pecans and strawberry emulsion
Chilled grilled asparagus with goat cheese, sunflower seeds and champagne vinaigrette

Main Course
Seared beef tenderloin topped with crab, and Bernaise sauce served with boursin infused
mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus

Bourbon and maple glazed Atlantic salmon served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and
bacon wrapped asparagus spears

Apple brined Airline breast of chicken served with creamy butternut squash risotto and
seasonal vegetables with pan jus

Rack of lamb with mint and bordelaise sauce served with rosemary roasted mushroom cut potatoes
and seasonal vegetables

Dessert Course
Flourless chocolate torte with warm chocolate ganache and candied walnuts
Grand Marnier infused strawberries over New York style cheesecake
Red velvet & cherry cake roll served with rich almond vanilla cream
