Why is this important? It's a tool that enables you to make the most of your club. If you joined for business or social reasons and you are not aware of what is going on, then you’re missing out on a lot of opportunities! Also Club Bylaws are located on this site as well as the Member Roster AKA Club Connect.
Your Club Now Mobile: On your smart phone go to m.myclubmobile.com - enter your club website username and password - click log in to view e-Statements, search for Club Friends on Club Connections and plan trips with the Benefit Finder!
Guest Policy: Members may entertain local guest to the Club at any time, provided the Member host accompanies them. Members are afforded three Guest Passes each year for guests to receive privileges without the Member host. Guests may use their own payment via credit card.
Reservations are highly recommended for lunch and dinner. Those without reservations will be seated upon availability. Reservations will allow us to serve you and your guests better. We regret, however, that reservations cannot be accepted for window tables as these are available on first come, first serve basis. Club events have a 48-hour cancellation policy in effect. This policy encourages necessary cancellations to be made with enough notice that other Members can replace the open reservation. Changes in Membership: If you find that your current Membership level needs to be adjusted by adding or removing benefits in regards to Dining, Golf, Athletics or Travel, please send a 30-day written notice, as stated in your application and Club Bylaws to the Membership Department. We regret that we cannot accept verbal monetary changes. Bylaws may also be found on the University Club website via the Members Only site.

to get started. Keeping Auto pay current is up to the Member. If you need to update your credit card, please call the Club Accountant, our normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Dining Room Etiquette: The Board of Governors requests that all cell phones, pagers, and PDAs be turned to a silent mode in the dining room. Additionally, all cell phone conversations are only to be conducted in the Reception Area. It is our intention that this policy will allow you to conduct business while respecting the dining experience of your fellow Members.
Photography: Photos taken of the Members and their Guests at the club and at club functions will be used from time to time on Face Book, Club Displays and in the Members Only areas of the Club website.
