Whatever your health and fitness goals, University Athletic Club's training staff can guide you on your journey there. Your personal training experience here at University Athletic Club includes the following elements:
- Initial fitness consultation/assessment and goal setting session
- Individualized workout design and ongoing documentation of training exercise results
- Ongoing health and fitness monitoring and education
- Increased confidence and motivation through effective equipment use
- Follow-ups designed to track and document your results compared to your goals
During your first fitness consultation, we find out more about your health history and individual goals. After this consultation, we’ll recommend a personal training package or session combination. We’re ready to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
