Join the UMass Club this Valentine's Day for a romantic experience as you and your loved one gaze at the beautiful Boston skyline and enjoy a great dining experience provided by Chef Michael Barbato.

The Beginning

Pan Seared Diver Scallop served on a rice noodle, plantain slaw with ginger dressing

Roasted Vegetable Gateau with red and yellow peppers, zucchini, artichoke hearts, red onion, tomato, spinach and layered with goat cheese, fresh basil and tomato pesto


Salad

Baby Spinach and Argula Greens accompanied with red pears, bacon, sugared pecans with white balsamic honey dressing

Grape Tomato, Prosciutto, Nicoise Olive Salad served on micro greens with roasted red pepper vinaigrette


Entree

Sweetheart Duo: Cold Water Lobster Cake with shallot bisque sauce and a Macadamia Crusted Chicken Breast with pineapple, roasted poblano salsa over sweet red pepper buttered orzo

Grilled Angus Striplion Filet, roasted portobella mushroom, Port wine demi, mashed Yukon gold potatoes with chives and roasted winter vegetables

Eggplant and white bean Parmesan, wilted Swiss chard and gingered baby carrots
