Be sure to attend the Wine Committee's newest bimonthly event, Wine Passport, where we explore the fine foods and wines from around the world. This month, we are traveling to Italy with a great 4 course Italian meal paired with 2 glasses the country's finest wine. 

1st Course:

  • Family style antipasta
  • Foccacia bread loaf with a parmesan white bean spread
  • Roasted peppers, olives, marinated mushrooms, shrimp, prosciutto wrapped in goat cheese
  • Calamari salad

Paired with Livio Felluga's Pinot Grigio

2nd Course:

  • Salad of Arugula, artichoke hearts and radicchio lettuce with a blood orange infused olive oil

3rd Course:

  • Roasted beef rollatini filled with chopped portobella mushrooms, ground veal, fontina cheese, basil and roasted garlic served over braised swiss chard with a chianti demi sauce
  • Rissotto with Porcini mushrooms

Paired with Masi Campofiorin

4th Course:

  • Chocolate & Sweet Chestnut Terrine
