Have you ever noticed how hard it is to walk in the water. You have 12 times more resistance moving through the water than you do through the air. By learning to use the water to your advantage every movement you make can provide resistance. Working out in the pool is an excellent non-impact way to build strength, reduce body fat, and increase flexibility. Our water aerobic classes will focus on both cardiovascular and strength benefits. Whether you’re trying to maintain your current level of fitness or reach a new level, the added benefit of training in water can help you reach your goals.
