As part of our focus on Long Term Athlete Development,  our instructional philosophy is built on the following principles:

  • Increasing flexibility and core movement
  • Fitting golfers into equipment that is right for their body
  • Addressing swing flaws that could lead to injury 
  • Allowing all golfers to attain maximum enjoyment from the game

Team members Joelle Daniel and Shirley Bianchi work in tandem with the Performance Center instructors to help our Members utilize the LTAD system to reach their goals. 

Joelle, who holds degrees and licenses in Strength & Conditioning, Neurokinetic Therapy and Metabolic Typing Nutrition, works closely with instructors to help our students build functional foundations for better swing mechanics based on their individual body assessments through a comprehensive fitness program.

Shirley, certified in Pilates, Fascial Stretch Therapy and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Fitness Instruction, specializes in using the TPI assessment protocol to identify specific limitations in students' bodies that may prohibit them for reaching their full golf potential.
