Aiken Performing Arts Group All Hands on Deck Pre-Dinner Menu Thursday, February 14th & Friday, February 15th All meals served with choice of: Gourmet Salad or Soup de jour & Chef’s Featured Dessert. The Fuddy Duddy Veal Chop $26.95 Garlic and black pepper rubbed bone-in-veal, pan seared, finished with whole butter and demi-glace, and served with sweet potato puree and asparagus Pasta Crudo $21.95 Shrimp, tomato, basic and garlic sautéed and tossed with penne pasta, finished with fresh mozzarella cheese Fifth Avenue Chicken $19.95 Breast of chicken sautéed with olives, tomato, garlic and basil, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
