As general counsel, secretary, and executive vice president of People Strategy, Keiser oversees ClubCorp's legal department to provide ClubCorp and its subsidiaries legal counsel and support. Keiser also manages ClubCorp’s People Strategy department, including compensation and benefits, recruiting and training, and human resources. Prior to her role at ClubCorp, Keiser served as an attorney at American Airlines, Inc., where she acted as the sole in-house benefits counsel and also handled employment litigation. Her past career experience includes serving as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary for Vail Resorts, Inc., and as senior counsel and secretary for Ralston Resorts, Inc.

Keiser holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in Madison, and Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from University of California at Davis.
