Patrick Droesch has served as our executive vice president of business, sports and alumni clubs since November 2015. Prior to that, he served 14 years with Brinker International in various leadership roles, including vice president of operations for Chili's and On the Border Mexican Grill. He held the chief operating officer/president position at Lone Star Management Co., where he led the Texas Land & Cattle and Lone Star Steakhouse brands, and most recently, he was the chief operating officer/president for Front Burner Restaurants. He holds a B.A. in communications from California State University, Fullerton.
