When will I receive my Society Member Card?

Your new Chicago Society Member card will be mailed to you in approximately 3 weeks.  We encourage you to take advantage of your new benefits and clubs even before you receive your card by calling the ClubLine. 

How do I make arrangements at Clubs outside of my home Club?

We ask that you call the National Concierges at the ClubLine to make any Dining, Golf, Hotel and Limousine reservations both locally and nationally.  In addition, they can help you with ticketed events throughout the nation through the TicketLine.

When should I use my Member Card?

Present your Member Card when visiting all ClubClubs.

What is the Society Advantage Dining Reward? 

Don’t miss out on the Society Advantage, dining reward! Members receive a complimentary entrée once a month (participating Clubs are The Metropolitan Club, The Mid America Club & The DuPage Club) when you purchase an entrée. Simply call the ClubLine in advance to request your monthly benefit and to make your reservation.

What’s the best way to find out information regarding Ticket availability and Club events?

Stay tuned for weekly email updates regarding events, new benefits, tickets and special offers.  In addition, every Tuesday you will receive “Ticket Tuesday” promotions, please explore the ease of obtaining tickets online or via phone.  Be sure to check your “junk/spam” folder if you are not receiving them.

Do I have to make arrangements via the ClubLine Concierges in order to utilize my Society Benefits?   (ie. visiting other Clubs, tee-times, tickets, hotel reservations etc.)

Yes, all arrangements must be made via the ClubLine.
