How do I obtain reservations to visit participating Clubs, purchase event tickets or book concierge services?
Access to all benefits is available through our ClubLine staff. The ClubLine staff is available 6 days per week, Monday - Saturday, 8:00am to 8:00pm EST. Members will not be permitted access to participating Clubs without advance reservations through the ClubLine.
As a Society Member, am I considered a member of all participating Clubs?
As a Society Member, you are considered a guest of the participating Clubs and treated with the utmost respect. You will have space available access on a pay to play, pay to dine basis. Access restrictions vary from Club to Club so check with the ClubLine staff for details.
Will I be required to show ID when visiting participating Clubs?
Generally yes. Upon joining, a Society Membership card will be ordered and mailed directly to you. Your card usually arrives within 3 weeks of joining. Your Membership card will serve two (2) purposes.
- Serves as a form of ID - when entering participating Clubs. In some cases, you may also be asked for a photo ID along with your Membership card so always be sure to carry both.
- Reference Tool – the ClubLine’s toll free number is conveniently printed on the backside of your Member card.
Am I permitted to bring guests with me to participating Clubs?
Yes, guests are permitted as long as you are present with them. Access fees may vary between Member fees and guest fees at participating Clubs. It is your responsibility to be sure your guests dress and act accordingly when visiting any participating Clubs.
How do I pay for services provided by the South Coast Society?
In most cases, a major credit card will be accepted. When making reservations, the ClubLine staff will generally instruct you as to what forms of payment are accepted for the benefits you are accessing.
